The Allied Group executed a $10+ million renovation of the former Four Seasons Hotel and Resort, now The Ritz-Carlton Las Colinas. This transformation elevated the property into a premier modern luxury destination for business and leisure travelers. Situated just outside downtown Dallas, the renovation reflects the grandeur of the Texas landscape while introducing sophistication and elegance. The project encompassed six major public areas, including the lobby bar, restaurants, meeting rooms, business and conference centers, and a complete overhaul of the pool area.
