The Allied Group has transformed the M Club at The Dallas Marriott Downtown, creating an exclusive space for relaxation and rejuvenation. This M Club is located on the 16th floor, showcasing stunning views of the Dallas Skyline. Our skilled team renovated the existing private club lounge and fitness center, including significant upgrades to the buffet bar and back-of-house areas. This M Club is one of several that Allied has successfully completed over recent years, reflecting our deep experience and consistent quality across Marriott projects.

Modern features and significant enhancements include new lighting, paint, wall coverings, and floor and wall tile, along with the installation of FF&E and plumbing accessories throughout the space. New stone tops, millwork, and finishes throughout the buffet, fitness center, and public space also tied into the contemporary look and feel of this reimagined area. This project was executed on an aggressive six-week schedule during the holiday season. With holiday-related city closures, coordinating inspections posed challenges. The Allied Group remained committed to meticulous daily planning to ensure that material deliveries stayed on track. Our team also discovered that the fire alarm systems did not meet code requirements, necessitating a redesign and implementation within the existing timeline.
